Developed by Scott Laboratories in Kenya, the SL34 varietal was designed to be high yielding with good cup quality.

This is a varietal that is almost ubiquitous with our Kenyan coffee offerings, it is designed be drought and high-rainfall resistant. Scott Laboratories focussed their efforts on producing a coffee variety with great acidity, favouring coffees that naturally displayed high levels of phosphoric acid
