What’s the minimum subscription period?
There’s no minimum contract period. It’s a pay-as-you-go system.
When do you charge my card?
We charge your card 3–4 days before each delivery date. (One-off coffee bags and items from our ‘gear and goods’ shop are charged immediately.)
What’s the deadline or cutoff time to make changes, add items, or cancel my subscription?
The cutoff time is the day before your next delivery date at 11:59 pm.
Example: If your next delivery date is Wednesday 15 April, we can process any changes, added items, or subscription cancellations if made by Tuesday 14 April at 11:59 pm.
What happens if I want to add gear, change or cancel my subscription after the cutoff time?
We’ll do our best to process any changes, source items, or refund cancellations, but we can’t guarantee it. Please be mindful of the cutoff time (as mentioned above) to avoid disappointment.
Can I add additional one-off beans or brewing gear to my delivery?
Yes, and it’ll come together with your coffee with no extra shipping charge! Log in with your customer details, go to our coffee or gear pages, and click on “add to my next delivery.” Your card will be charged instantly.
I added a one-off product and I changed my mind. Can you cancel it?
Yes. Please email us and we’ll process it for you.
I want a specific one-off single origin with my next delivery. Is it possible?
It’s not always possible because our lineup changes weekly, and the origin you want may not be available on your delivery date. However, email us and we’ll do our best to fulfil your request or suggest a great alternative.
Do you feature a different single origin every week in Brew Crew?
We feature a different coffee every fortnight, so weekly Brew Crew subscribers receive the same single origin twice.
Can I have different subscriptions at the same time?
Yes, simply start a subscription when logged in with your details.
