Cancellations

Need to cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet? Email us at least 2 days before its estimated shipping date (on your order confirmation email), and we’ll issue a full refund.



Exchanges, returns, and refunds

Faulty or damaged products

If something you bought from us (in store or online) arrives faulty or damaged, email us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Once the fault/damage is assessed and confirmed, we will do the following:

  • Faulty coffee and edible products: we’ll offer an exchange, refund, or store credit.
  • Faulty gear and merch: we’ll offer a way to repair it back to as-new condition, an exchange, refund, or store credit.

If we need any damaged or faulty items returned to us, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label and instructions to facilitate the return.

Change of mind

Changed your mind? No problem. We can offer a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item is returned in as-new condition.

Email us within 14 days of purchase or receipt to let us know, then send the item to our roastery location (this shipping cost and the integrity of the item during transit is your responsibility; we recommend a tracked service in this case).

Once we receive and check it’s in as-new condition, we’ll sort out whichever option you prefer.

Mistakes

We’re humans! Sometimes, not often, we may make a mistake with your order. If an item is missing, we sent you the wrong coffee, or something is just not right, email us and we’ll fix it straight away.




Repairs

During warranty

If any product you bought from us fails or breaks within its maker’s warranty window, email us to organise a repair or replacement (the outcome/method will be assessed on a case-by-case basis).

Outside warranty

If any product you bought from us fails or breaks outside its consumer guarantee and warranty periods, we can help you find the parts or components to extend its life.
